Olivier has a new beach bar

Inspired by the best international Beach Clubs, the restaurant takes advantage of the desirable Caparica sun to offer excellent cuisine in a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere, promising to become a reference in Portugal.

The experience begins at the door

The light that floods the entire space, the breathtaking view of the ocean and the extensive sandy beach are the main calling cards, along with a menu full of fresh and delicious suggestions, with emphasis on the most valued ingredient when we talk about a restaurant by the sea: fish and seafood. They are the stars of the starters, salads and main courses.

The menu continues to delight

There are options for snacking, such as Octopus Carpaccio, Bulhão Pato Clams, Fried Cuttlefish and Shrimp and Avocado Salad, but also specialties to share, such as Shrimp Feijoada and Cuttlefish Rice. It is also possible to choose a fish of the day from the fish display and pair it with young potatoes with herb butter.

For those who prefer meat, the dishes are also made from premium products. Among the suggestions are Olivier classics such as the Wagyu Burger and the KOB Steak.

The meal ends with a treat

For dessert, the Fruit Mix always goes well at the beach, but the sweet tooth will not be able to resist the Orange Pie, the Kit Kat Mousse or the Molotof. If you’re just looking to quench your thirst, there are plenty of refreshing drinks and cocktails to enjoy between dips.
