THE DINING ROOM
Reserva by Olivier opened in November 2015 in the VillaCascais guesthouse, the iconic building overlooking Cascais’s bay. In the imposing remodelled dining room of the house where the writer and poet Maria Amália Vaz de Carvalho once lived, we find a decoration signed by the designer Paulo Lobo in royal blue shades, with modern and bold furnishings.
The atmosphere is secluded, refined and elegant down to the smallest details, and the view is stunning. Reserva overlooks the bay of Cascais and has also a bar and terrace seating forty where you can be closer to the sea, so set aside time to enjoy.
Reserva offers you a tranquil, harmonious and sophisticated experience of food and social intercourse. The colour blue, predominant in the interior decoration and inspired in the sea outside, helps make this moment at the table one of pure delight and enjoyment.
