SÃO PAULO – BRAZIL
SEEN restaurant is an international project with the signature of Chef Olivier da Costa opened in April 2017 on the 23rd floor of the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil,
Under the command of chef William Ribeiro, elected chef revelation by the magazine “Veja – Comer & Beber”, the diverse gastronomy of SEEN is characterized by classic handcrafted dishes, executed with high quality products and organic ingredients.
In addition to its excellent cuisine, the SEEN restaurant offers a superb view. From its central bar, with a 360º layout, it is possible to enjoy the fantastic skyline of São Paulo.
One of SEEN’s attractions is its Sushi Bar, run by Massahiko Enohi.
The menu combines traditional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch and can be harmonized with a Sake menu developed by sommelier Yasmin Yonashiro.
Besides an excellent gastronomy and sophisticated cocktails, SEEN also offers nights with great music.
On Tuesday to Saturday nights, São Paulo’s “cool crew” of all generations can count on several DJs to make the atmosphere even more enjoyable.
On every Sunday, SEEN has a must for friends and family: The Sunday Brunch.
The service operates every Sunday, from 12.30 p.m. to 5 p.m., buffet and “a la carte”, with a Bloody Mary welcome drink and non alcoholic drinks included.
In the menu, signed by chef William Ribeiro, we highlight the classic Eggs Benedict, Mac and cheese rigatoni, Cod fish and chips, as well as several morning options such as bread (including gluten-free options), cold meats, cakes and fruits, salads, pasta, meat, poultry and fish.
At SEEN’s Sunday Brunch you will also find a varied sushi menu. From the sushi bar, commanded by Massahiko Enohi, come the sushis, gunkans, rolls, temakis and oysters.
At the end, treat yourself to desserts such as the Merengue Bomb and Our Pudding, alongside other sweets like the Milk Jam Pancake with kinkan orange and whipped cream and the Ovomaltine Milkshake with Nutella and Caramel.
