Seen is a concept defined by Chefpreneur Olivier da Costa for Tivoli Hotels. Much more than a restaurant, Seen is a new experience for all senses, reinterpreting the fusion between the Brazilian and Portuguese gastronomy that, besides the menu, passes through the cocktails, decoration of the space, and a wonderful team ready to welcome you.

After opening in São Paulo in 2017, and after its huge success, Seen Lisboa opened its doors in November 2018, with the enormous ambition to achieve the success achieved by its Brazilian brother.

Located on the 9th floor, nº 185, Avenida da Liberdade, Seen Lisboa is already the Hot Spot of the city! Whether you come for dinner, or just for a drink, we are sure that leaving us will be the most difficult!

SEEN restaurant is an international project with the signature of Chef Olivier da Costa opened in April 2017 on the 23rd floor of the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil,

Under the command of chef William Ribeiro, elected chef revelation by the magazine « Veja – Comer & Beber », the diverse gastronomy of SEEN is characterized by classic handcrafted dishes, executed with high quality products and organic ingredients.

In addition to its excellent cuisine, the SEEN restaurant offers a superb view. From its central bar, with a 360º layout, it is possible to enjoy the fantastic skyline of São Paulo.

BANGKOK – TAILÂNDIA

SEEN Bangkok hotel rooftop bar est la vision d ’Olivier da Costa, l’un des chefpreneurs les plus prestigieux et un doyen de la scène sociale au Portugal. En partenariat avec Minor Hotels, Olivier crée des fêtes hédonistes pour les sens, tout d’abord à Sao Paulo en 2017, à Lisbonne en 2018 et maintenant à Bangkok avec l’ouverture de SEEN rooftop bar at Avani + Riverside Bangkok Hotel.

Le restaurant et le salon, au 26ème étage, constituent un espace intérieur-extérieur au décor Années 80 rencontrent Art Déco, avec vue sur Chao Phraya.

Ici le Chef Alexandre réalise des créations fraîches et organiques inspirées des recettes originales du Chef Olivier. En montant au 27ème étage on accède au bar exclusif et intime avec des chaises longues pour s’allonger et regarder l’horizon, accompagnés de cocktails surréalistes.
