Snack-Mar, a playful word blending ‘snack’ and ‘mar’ (the Portuguese word for ‘sea’), invites guests to enjoy fresh seafood in a relaxed and refined way.

The menu at Real Pérola by Olivier is a true tribute to the Portuguese sea, offering a carefully curated selection of fresh seafood, such as oysters from the Algarve, Sado, Aveiro, and France. These are complemented by dishes like Bulhão Pato clams, tiger prawns with royal sauce, and seafood rice. Each dish is crafted to be enjoyed in a casual, hands-on manner, embodying the Snack-Mar

Housed in a building that was once part of the Royal Silk Factory, Real Pérola by Olivier has restored and transformed this space into an icon of sophistication and history.
The restaurant is divided into three distinct environments: the elegant Main Room, where a central counter allows guests to watch the preparation of fresh seafood; the vibrant Transition Room, featuring bold colors perfect for sharing and socializing; and the Tasca Room, a modern reinterpretation of traditional Portuguese taverns, with hand-painted tiles and an inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an experience where the past and present seamlessly blend.
