Opened in April 2017 on the 23rd floor of the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil, the SEEN restaurant is an international project with the signature of Chef Olivier da Costa.
SEEN’s diverse cuisine, under the helm of chef William Ribeiro, elected Revelation Chef by “Veja – Comer & Beber” magazine, is characterized by classic, handmade dishes, executed with high quality products and organic ingredients.
In addition to its excellent cuisine, the SEEN restaurant also offers a superb view. From its central bar, with a 360º layout, it is possible to admire the fantastic skyline of the capital of São Paulo.
