Opened in April 2017 on the 23rd floor of the Tivoli Mofarrej Hotel in São Paulo, Brazil, the SEEN restaurant is an international project with the signature of Chef Olivier da Costa.

SEEN’s diverse cuisine, under the helm of chef William Ribeiro, elected Revelation Chef by “Veja – Comer & Beber” magazine, is characterized by classic, handmade dishes, executed with high quality products and organic ingredients.

In addition to its excellent cuisine, the SEEN restaurant also offers a superb view. From its central bar, with a 360º layout, it is possible to admire the fantastic skyline of the capital of São Paulo.

Seen is a concept defined by Chefpreneur Olivier da Costa for Tivoli Hotels. Much more than a restaurant, Seen is a new experience for all the senses, reinterpreting the fusion between Brazilian and Portuguese gastronomy but beyond the menu, it also includes cocktails, space decoration, and a wonderful team ready to welcome you.

After opening in São Paulo in 2017, and after its huge success, Seen Lisboa opened its doors in November 2018, with the huge ambition of achieving the success achieved by its Brazilian brother.

Located on the 9th floor of 185 Avenida da Liberdade, Seen Lisboa is already the city’s Hot Spot! Come for dinner, or just for a drink, we are sure that the hard part will be to leave.

SEEN Bangkok rooftop bar is the vision of Olivier da Costa, one of the oldest and most successful chefpreneurs. In partnership with Minor Hotels, Olivier creates a hedonistic feast for the senses, first in Sao Paulo in 2017, then in Lisbon in 2018, and now in Bangkok with the opening of SEEN at Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel rooftop bar.

The 26th floor restaurant and lounge is a mix of 80s and Art Deco in a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces with a view of the Chao Phraya. Here, Chef Alexandre recreates fresh, organic recipes inspired by Chef Olivier’s original creations. Head up to the intimate and exclusive 27th floor bar to enjoy the city skyline from our beds, paired with surreal cocktails.

Opening hours: 18:00 – 1:00 every day.

After having conquering São Paulo, Lisbon, Bangkok and Ko Samui, the city of Nice was chosen to host the fifth SEEN in the world. SEEN by Olivier Nice is the new concept of the French Riviera, offering a vibrant atmosphere combined with an amazing view over the Baie des Anges.

Located on the 6th floor of the Anantara Plaza Nice hotel, with an open kitchen and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, SEEN by Olivier Nice reflects the seaside inspiration through its decor.

From Asian cuisine to contemporary Mediterranean specialties, you will find an eclectic menu and a diverse cocktail selection. Whether it’s for a drink at the end of the day or a night out, you can count on us.

In 2023, SEEN Feira de Santana was inaugurated, located on the rooftop of the NH hotel and already a success in the second largest city in Bahia, Brazil. SEEN by Olivier da Costa Feira de Santana brings with it the three pillars that sustain its success: environment, gastronomy and entertainment. Also with architecture signed by Sidney Quintela, the space highlights the panoramic view, while the varied gastronomy of the menu offers dishes created to be shared.
