OLIVIER HAS A NEW BEACH BAR
Inspired by the best Beach Clubs around the World, Olivier’s new restaurant makes most of Caparica’s warm sun to offer an exquisite gastronomic experience within a sophisticated and relaxed setting, promising to become one of its kind in Portugal.
THE EXPERIENCE BEGINS WITH THE STARTERS
Whilst the bright light shining over the restaurant together with the exquisite view of the ocean and beach act as the restaurant’s primary business card, the menu highlights a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes distinguished by the most valuable products one can expect from a seaside restaurant: fish and seafood – staring in the menu’s starters, salads and main dishes.
THE MENU CONTINUES TO DELIGHT
Costumers may opt for nibbles including the Octopus Carpaccio, Clams à Bulhão de Pato, Fried Cuttlefish and the Shrimp and Avocado salad or, to share traditional specialities such as the Shrimp Feijoada or the Cuttlefish Rice. Fresh fish is also available and is accompanied with new potatoes and herbs butter.
For those who prefer meat, the dishes are also prepared with premium products. Among the suggestions, you may choose from Olivier’s classics like the Wagyu hamburger or the KOB steak.
THE SWEET END
For the dessert, the refreshing Fruit Mix goes well with the beach yet the sweet tooths won’t resist to the Orange Tort and Kit Kat or Molotof mousses. To ease the thirst, a variety of drinks and cocktails are available, to sip on between dips in the sea.
