Olivier Group Vouchers are more than just gifts – they are invitations to unforgettable moments.
Procedures:
- Fill out the form with all necessary details;
- Depending on the desired unit, our team will promptly provide the corresponding IBAN. The payment proof should be sent in response to the same email. If you require an invoice, provide the necessary details along with the payment proof.
- The voucher will be issued and sent digitally upon receipt of the payment proof.
- Vouchers can be used any day at selected restaurants from the Group Olivier Restaurant in Portugal, but can only be used once, with no right to refunds or balances if the total value is not used;
- The voucher will be sent digitally, but it should be printed and handed over on the day of use;
- While not mandatory for voucher use, we strongly recommend making a reservation, mentioning that you have a voucher, and bringing it printed on the day of use;
- The impossibility of using the voucher due to expiration, even if a reservation was attempted close to its expiry date, is beyond Group Olivier’s control as its use is always subject to the restaurant’s capacity.
