Perched on the ninth floor of Lisbon’s Tivoli Avenida Liberdade hotel, SEEN by Olivier combines rooftop glamour with cosmopolitan dining culture. Designed by architect Sidney Quintela, the venue takes inspiration from Art Deco aesthetics, featuring brass detailing, velvet furnishings and deep green banquettes that evoke a sophisticated 1930s salon atmosphere.

At the centre of the space sits a striking 360-degree bar, where expert mixologists craft signature cocktails alongside an extensive wine selection.

Popular drinks include:

  • Bounty – Plantation 3 Stars rum blended with coconut and coffee notes.

  • Paló Santo – A smoky-meets-sweet mix of mezcal, pineapple and lemon.

  • Classic favourites such as the Espresso Martini and SEEN Mule are also served with refined presentation.

Created by restaurateur Olivier da Costa, SEEN is positioned as more than just a rooftop bar — it’s an all-evening social destination offering food, drinks and nightlife entertainment in one setting.
