White bomb

Ingredients

Biscuit:
– 500 g butter
– 400 g sugar
– 200 g flour
– 4 egg whites

Beat butter and sugar, add flour, the egg whites beaten stiff. Spread the batter on a tray, place in oven at 180o for 15 minutes and set aside.

Merengue:
– 10 egg whites
– 250 g sugar
– lemon zest

Beat the egg whites and sugar, add lemon zest and set aside.

Chopped Berries (strawberries, cherries, blackberries, etc.)

White chocolate Ice-cream

 

Assembly:
Place the biscuit on the base made with the chopped berries and a scoop of ice- cream over the biscuit. Cover everything with merengue and put it in the oven to grill lightly.
