Ingredients
Biscuit:– 500 g butter– 400 g sugar– 200 g flour– 4 egg whites
Beat butter and sugar, add flour, the egg whites beaten stiff. Spread the batter on a tray, place in oven at 180o for 15 minutes and set aside.
Merengue:– 10 egg whites– 250 g sugar– lemon zest
Beat the egg whites and sugar, add lemon zest and set aside.
Chopped Berries (strawberries, cherries, blackberries, etc.)White chocolate Ice-cream
Assembly:Place the biscuit on the base made with the chopped berries and a scoop of ice- cream over the biscuit. Cover everything with merengue and put it in the oven to grill lightly.
