Olivier da Costa took his first steps in the kitchen more than 30 years ago, in Lisbon. He soon demonstrated an inventive character, a profile for creating concepts to break with the canon and a strong personality. Enough ingredients to take you beyond cooking. He became a recognized chefpreneur and in recent decades opened a succession of restaurants outside the Portuguese capital and across the country’s borders.
